The Forgeline GA1R Open Lug is derived from our legendary GA1R racing wheel.
Featuring the same I-beamed spoke technology, the GA1R Open Lug has significant material machined from the center for additional weight reduction and improved access to lug nuts. The GA1R Open Lug omits and will not accept a center cap too.
With these changes, the GA1R Open Lug can save an additional pound of mass per wheel depending on the size and offset.
Engineered for hardcore track use with a 2100+ lb. street tire load rating, the GA1R is designed with generous caliper clearance for extreme brake fitment using manufacturing technology similar to our very successful GA3R racing.
Depending on the size, the GA1R may be available in deep, medium, or shallow concave profiles.
The GA1R is a one-piece monoblock wheel, precision-machined from a single forging of 6061-T6 aluminum.
