YOU DON'T HAVE TO KNOW EVERYTHING
Actually, more often than not, you don’t need as much information as you may expect. We’ve been designing and engineering custom wheels for decades—be prepared to provide basic information and we’ll take care of the rest.
FUNCTION-FIRST FITMENTS
How and where you plan to drive your car influences the fitment you need. For example, if you have a dedicated track car, you might be after the widest wheel and tire package possible to give you the most grip. If you have a street cruiser, you’ll want a different driving experience.
We take your use cases into consideration to engineer a custom fitment that maximizes the kind of performance you’re looking for.
CUSTOM WHEELS, DESIGNED FOR YOUR BUILD
SCENARIO #1:
STOCK FITMENT
Over the decades, we’ve developed optimal fitments for several stock cars, from classic to modern. So, if you drive a car with stock suspension, brakes, those kinds of things, there’s a good chance that we’ve already developed a custom fit. All you have to do is provide us the year, make, model.
Shop By Car to see if your ride is already in our system. If not, we’ll develop a custom fitment from scratch.
SCENARIO #2:
POPULAR MODIFICATIONS
We’re very familiar working with popular performance modifications like an upgraded chassis and big brake kits. Since we work directly with industry leaders, we have access to technical drawings and have developed fitments around their products across several makes and models. If you’re running popular upgrades, please provide the part numbers and we’ll go from there.

SCENARIO #3:
COMPLETELY CUSTOM BUILD
Whether you’re building a race car from scratch, piecing together parts from several different cars, or fabricating major body and suspension component modifications, you could be working on a totally one-off car. We see a ton of these kinds of projects. In this scenario, you’ll have to take a series of relatively straightforward measurements.

WE DO THE MATH
You don’t have to figure out spacing and offsets—that’s what we’re here for. And if you submit measurements, we run calculations to check that the number add up. If something seems off, we’ll talk with you and remeasure before we start designing.
YOU GET FINAL CONFIRMATION & APPROVAL
Before we begin the manufacturing process, we send you a sales order with all the details of your custom wheels (design, size, color, everything) so you can confirm that it’s correct. Once we receive confirmation, we put your order on the schedule and get to work making your custom wheels from scratch.
MAKING CUSTOM WHEELS TAKES TIME
We’ve mastered the process of building custom wheels to your exact fitment. But it’s still a manual process that we do by hand, from scratch, at our shop in Dayton, Ohio. So please allow about 4–6 weeks for us to manufacture your wheels, before they are ready to be packaged and shipped to you.
