Highest Quality Materials

We intentionally source only the best materials and parts, down to the valve stems. We’ve been using the same supplier in California for raw aluminum forgings since the beginning. We use U.S.-made ARP fasteners because we can depend on them. Our carbon fiber barrels are specially formulated by Lacks Enterprises in Michigan.

MANUFACTURED UNDER ONE ROOF

Every Forgeline wheel is manufactured by a dedicated team of American craftsmen under one roof at our facility in Dayton, Ohio. With in-house engineering and manufacturing capabilities, we have ultimate control over the custom wheels we make—giving us flexibility to do more with custom vehicle fitments, wheel sizing, and finish options. We can even design completely original one-off wheels.

FORGED FOR STRENGTH

Our wheels begin as a proprietary 6061-T6 aluminum forging that’s forged on a 6,000-ton hydraulic press. This process aligns grain structure, reduces porosity, and increases uniformity in the aluminum to create the highest strength-to-weight ratios and most consistent quality. On average, our forgings are 40% stronger than cast aluminum.


MACHINED TO PRECISION

We use precise CNC-controlled multi-axis machining to manufacture wheel designs that are both intricate and strong. Whether it’s the entire monoblock wheel made from a single forging, 3-piece wheel parts individual machined for seamless assembly, or the weight-optimized center on our carbon fiber wheels, all Forgeline wheels are precision-machined in-house to the same rigorous standards.


FINISHED BY HAND

The only way to achieve the attention to detail and consistent results we demand is to make each wheel by hand. From grinding to sanding to powder coating to assembly, Forgeline wheels are meticulously hand-built by some of the best craftsmen in the industry. We inspect every wheel to make sure it meets our quality standards. If something’s not right, we fix it before it leaves our shop.

ROOTED IN ENGINEERING

Elaborate engineering is the backbone of Forgeline wheels. We use 3D CAD with Finite Element Analysis and test every wheel beyond SAE standards with real-world load variables to ensure strength, safety, and reliable performance. Our engineering process is what informs decisions like using hidden titanium fasteners, how we machine our centers, and innovating new technology like I-beamed spokes.
