Forgeline began building custom lightweight forged road racing wheels, in 1994. For over 30 years since, we've applied our racing experience and passion for motorsport toward designing and building wheels that can withstand the extreme demands of sports car racing. With an unwavering commitment to strength, safety, and performance, we've earned our place on some of the world's fastest race cars, including the factory-engineered Chevrolet C8 Corvette Z06 GT3.R, Ford GT Mk IV, Ford Mustang GT4, and Hennessey Venom F5 Revolution!
REAL ENGINEERING
Every Forgeline wheel is engineered using computer-simulated finite element analysis and tested beyond SAE standards using real-world load variables to ensure strength, safety, and performance. Innovative features like I-beamed spokes, hidden titanium ARP fasteners, meticulously-engineered centers, and complex manufacturing techniques ensure that Forgeline wheels are strong, fast, and stunning!

Though we built our reputation by engineering and building wheels for the highest levels of motorsport, discerning customers of all types and genres utilize Forgeline's quality and craftsmanship on their vehicles. All our forged wheels are custom made-to-order one at a time for each individual customer and each unique vehicle application. Whether you're competing wheel-to-wheel, building a one-of-a-kind custom, or outfitting your daily driver, we can engineer and build a unique wheel that perfectly fits your vehicle and your personality!
CUSTOM SIZES
Custom made-to-order means we engineer and build every set of forged wheels from scratch to match each specific customer's order. And this includes not only building the style of wheel you want, but also building the sizes you need. Within some practical limitations dictated by forging availability, most of our wheels can be made to fit your needs in a wide range of diameters (up to 22 inches, depending on wheel model) and virtually any width!
CUSTOM COLORS & FINISHES
Making a truly bespoke wheel that best compliments your vehicle - and perfectly fits your vision - goes beyond the nuts and bolts of engineering and machining; a critical step in the process is also delivering the right combination of colors and finishes! Each of our custom forged wheels is individually finished in-house at our Dayton, Ohio, manufacturing facility. This resource-intensive process starts with a painstaking post-machining hand-grinding, sanding, & inspection process and concludes with a high-quality, hand-applied powder coat that is more consistent and more durable than what any mass-produced alternative could hope to achieve. Virtually any color is possible, including a large selection of in-stock color options. And because we powder coat prior to final assembly, three piece wheels can even be finished with unique custom color combinations on the center, inner rim, and outer rim!
CUSTOM FITMENTS
Custom made-to-order means we engineer and build every set of forged wheels one-at-a-time from scratch for each individual customer and each unique vehicle application. This consists of not only building the style of wheel and finish color you want, but also delivering custom sizes and fitments to best match your vehicle and your intended application. Within the limits determined by the wheel style and the forging from which it is made, in most cases, we can create a custom size, lug pattern, and backspace/offset to create the perfect fitment for almost any application!
