TF Sport has successfully defended its European Le Mans Series LMGT3 championship, securing a second consecutive title for the Chevrolet Corvette Z06 GT3.R and continuing a remarkable run of success on Forgeline one-piece forged monoblock SS1R-GT wheels.

After claiming the 2025 LMGT3 championship with a victory at the season-ending 4 Hours of Portimão, TF Sport returned in 2026 determined to prove last year's success was no fluke. The team did exactly that, capturing both the Driver and Team championships once again and further cementing its place among the elite organizations in international GT racing.

The No. 33 Chevrolet Corvette Z06 GT3.R driven by Charlie Eastwood, Alec Udell, and Blake McDonald secured the 2026 LMGT3 championship with a second-place class finish at the 4 Hours of Portimão. The result was enough to deliver both the Driver and Team championships by a narrow two-point margin in the final standings. Throughout the season, the TF Sport Corvette earned a victory at Imola along with three runner-up finishes, demonstrating the consistency required to win a championship in one of sports car racing's most competitive categories.

The championship is another major milestone for the Chevrolet Corvette Z06 GT3.R platform. In 2025, TF Sport's No. 82 Corvette, driven by Charlie Eastwood, Rui Andrade, and Hiroshi Koizumi, claimed both the Drivers' and Teams' championships after a dramatic victory at Portimão. That title marked the first-ever European Le Mans Series championship for an American manufacturer.

With back-to-back championships now secured, the Corvette Z06 GT3.R has firmly established itself as one of the premier customer GT3 race cars in the world. The 2026 title also earned TF Sport another automatic invitation to the 24 Hours of Le Mans, where the championship-winning Corvette will join the growing Corvette presence on the world's biggest endurance racing stage.

While championships are won through the efforts of talented drivers, engineers, strategists, and crew members, Forgeline is proud to play a role in the Corvette GT3.R program. Every Chevrolet Corvette Z06 GT3.R competes on Forgeline one-piece forged monoblock SS1R-GT wheels, developed in partnership with Pratt Miller to deliver the strength, durability, and performance required for the demands of professional endurance racing.

Congratulations to Tom Ferrier, Charlie Eastwood, Alec Udell, Blake McDonald, the entire TF Sport organization, and Team Chevy on another outstanding championship season. And thank you for trusting Forgeline to help carry your Corvette Z06 GT3.R to back-to-back European Le Mans Series LMGT3 championships.
