For only the second time since 1960, four Corvettes will compete in the legendary 24 Hours of Le Mans, marking a significant moment in Corvette’s long history at one of endurance racing’s most demanding events. The 2026 24 Hours of Le Mans is scheduled for June 13–14 and will serve as the fourth round of the FIA World Endurance Championship.
For 2026, those entries include TF Sport’s No. 33 Corvette, driven by Nicky Catsburg, Jonny Edgar, and Ben Keating; TF Sport’s No. 34, with Charlie Eastwood, Salih Yoluc, and Peter Dempsey; TF Sport and Johor Racing’s No. 2, piloted by Prince Jefri Ibrahim, Afiq Ikhwan, and Ben Green; and 13 Autosport’s No. 13 Corvette, driven by Orey Fidani, Matt Bell, and Lars Kern.
Based on the Chevrolet C8 Corvette Z06 and sharing the road car’s aluminum chassis, the Corvette Z06 GT3.R is powered by a race‑prepared version of the Z06’s 5.5‑liter DOHC LT6 V8, paired with a six‑speed sequential transmission. The car features a motorsports‑specific double‑wishbone suspension and AP Racing brakes, with six‑piston fronts and four‑piston rears designed for endurance racing, including advanced cooling and quick‑change capability. Pratt Miller Engineering worked closely with the Forgeline Motorsports team over several years to develop an application‑specific version of Forgeline’s center‑locking, one‑piece forged monoblock SS1R‑GT wheel, engineered to optimize mass, deflection, strength, and durability for the Corvette GT3.R. Every Corvette GT3.R competing around the world runs 18x12.5 front and 18x13 rear Forgeline SS1R‑GT wheels, finished in Gloss Black.
We’re proud to have been part of that development effort and wish the best of luck to every Corvette team and driver competing at Le Mans. We’ll be watching and rooting for Corvette, on one of motorsport’s biggest stages.
