The Forgeline Flush-Loc Centerlock Conversion System allows traditional multi-lug mounting hubs to be converted to a high-tech center-locking mononut configuration. The system consists of a custom-machined steel adapter that bolts to the existing multi-lug hub with a special set of drive-pin lug nuts. Used in combination with a center-locking wheel that we custom-engineer to work in conjunction with the adapter (wheel sold separately), the wheel slides onto the adapter and is secured with a single mononut. Several mononut styles are available (including Hex, GT, and 3-Eared Spinner/Knockoff styles) and in a variety of anodized colors (including Clear, Black, Blue, Gray, and Red).
The Flush-Loc system also includes a built-in locking system to keep the wheels secure and add an additional layer of safety. Once the wheel and centerlock nut are installed and tightened down, then the Flush-Loc cap is threaded inside the adapter and tightened down with the supplied wrench. Because the thread pitch of the Flush-Loc cap is finer than the centerlock nut, they cannot move together - which locks both the centerlock nut and the wheel in place. The Flush-Loc cap can be engraved with our standard "Forgeline" logo or left blank.
The Forgeline Flush-Loc Centerlock Conversion System is priced and sold per corner. Each corner kit includes: one custom threaded steel adapter (custom-machined to fit the original mounting hub), one set of drive pin lug nuts (one for each original lug stud), one centerlock mononut (your choice of Hex, GT, or 3-Eared Spinner/Knockoff), one Flush-Loc locking cap, one Flush-Loc cap socket tool, one Hex Nut socket tool, and one 24-inch breaker bar. (Kits ordered with the optional GT nut or 3-Eared Spinner/Knockoff nut are also supplied with an additional adapter tool.)
NOTE: The Forgeline Flush-Loc Centerlock Conversion System must be used with a Forgeline wheel that is custom-engineered to work in conjunction with the Flush-Loc system. When ordered together, the wheel will be engineered to mate with the adapter spindle, to account for the additional thickness of the Flush-Loc adapter, and to be equipped with hidden torque transfer pockets to accept the kit's drive pin lug nuts.

This consists of not only building the style of wheel and finish color that you want, but also delivering custom sizes and fitments to best match your vehicle and your intended application. Within the limits determined by the wheel style and the forging from which it is made, in most cases, we can create a custom size, lug pattern, and backspace/offset to create the perfect fitment for almost any application!
Every Forgeline forged wheel is individually custom finished in-house at our Dayton, Ohio manufacturing facility. This resource-intensive process starts with a painstaking hand-grinding, sanding, & inspection process and concludes with a high-quality hand-applied powder coat that is more consistent & more durable than what would otherwise be possible with a mass-produced alternative. Virtually any color is available, including a large selection of in-stock color options. Three piece wheels can even be finished with different custom color combinations on the center, inner rim, & outer rim!
