AL309
Derived from our VV1R monoblock racing wheel, the Forgeline AL309 delivers the VV1R’s sharp Y-spoke design, integrated lug holes, striking angles, and deep concave profile combined with the fitment and finish flexibility of a custom made-to-order three piece forged wheel. The AL309 delivers cutting-edge styling with five concave Y-spokes, each with motorsports-inspired I-beamed cutouts, that extend beyond the rim register to reach out over the step of the AL309’s modular aluminum outer rim shell. The Forgeline AL Series AL309 is a custom made-to-order three piece modular wheel comprised of a precision-machined forged 6061-T6 aluminum center, 6061-T6 aluminum rim shells, and a stepped-lip outer. It is available in 18, 19, 20, and 21-inch diameters and is uniquely engineered for modern exotic sport and luxury vehicle applications. Similar to the AL309, but even more extreme; the Forgeline CF209 shares the AL309’s sharp Y-spoke design, integrated lug holes, striking angles, and deep concave profile, but combines these with a revolutionary proprietary carbon fiber barrel to deliver the ultimate in technological advancement, exclusive styling, and unparalleled performance. The CF209’s super-lightweight carbon fiber barrel creates an attractive and visually distinctive rim that is 40% lighter than its aluminum equivalent, delivering a significant weight reduction to the wheel’s outer perimeter, where it has the greatest reduction in unwanted inertia and yields real-world improvements to acceleration, braking, cornering traction, ride quality, NVH (noise, vibration, & harshness), driver/passenger comfort, and fuel economy. Originally derived from our GTD1 monoblock racing wheel, the Forgeline AL310 features a clean 10-spoke design, deep concave profile, and integrated lug holes, all combined with the fitment and finish flexibility of a custom made-to-order three piece forged wheel. The AL310 delivers cutting-edge styling with ten tapered concave spokes, each with motorsports-inspired I-beamed cutouts, that extend beyond the rim register to reach out over the step of the AL310’s modular aluminum outer rim shell. The Forgeline AL Series AL310 is a custom made-to-order three piece modular wheel comprised of a precision-machined forged 6061-T6 aluminum center, 6061-T6 aluminum rim shells, and a stepped-lip outer. FB3C
The Forgeline FB3C is a throwback to the original 20-slot wheel found on the third-generation Pontiac Firebird Formula. But unlike the original, the FB3C is a modern 3-piece wheel that is manufactured from fully forged 6061-T6 aluminum centers using the latest engineering and manufacturing technology. With its unique concave 20-slot design (5 sets of 4 slots), integrated lug holes, and creative machining details, the FB3C evokes a 1980s muscle car flavor while delivering modern technology and performance. The FB3C is built with true forged 6061-T6 aluminum centers, aircraft-quality ARP stainless steel hidden fasteners, and heat-treated rim sections. The FB3C is available with a flat-lip reverse outer in 18-inch, 19-inch, 20-inch, and 22-inch fitments or with a stepped-lip outer in 19-inch, 20-inch, and 21-inch fitments. It features a standard powder coated center finish with a polished outer rim, but since each wheel is custom built-to-order, Forgeline also offers special features like custom offsets and a virtually unlimited choice of finish combinations. Forgeline will also be launching a completely-revamped carbon fiber wheel program, in cooperation with our new corporate partner, Lacks Enterprises of Grand Rapids, Michigan. The new carbon program includes a unique carbon fiber barrel technology that is made possible by the proprietary advanced manufacturing capability of Lacks Enterprises, and it will include a new range of sizes and fitments for a variety of vehicles and applications. Forgeline's new carbon fiber program will officially debut at the 2024 PRI Show.
Forgeline will also be exhibiting for the very first time the four new models that were introduced prior to the 2024 SEMA Show, including the LCF200, LCF205, MLT3, and TA3C, as well as our new carbon fiber center cap option.
