The entire team at Forgeline is excited to get back to the PRI Show in Indianapolis, from December 9-11, 2021, and we've got lots of exciting things to talk about, including 8 new wheel offerings that will be on exhibit for the very first time. These new wheels include three new racing wheels (TA3R, SS1R-GT, SS1R), a new forged monoblock beadlock (VX1R-Beadlock), a new three piece concave (MO3C), a new forged monoblock truck wheel (TR11), new 15x11 beadlock sizes, and new 17x4.5 skinny sizes!
TA3R
Designed specifically for the Trans Am Series TA1 racecars, Forgeline’s TA3R wheel features a split 6-spoke design and is specially-designed to accommodate the TA1-class center locking hubs. The TA3R is a custom made-to-order three piece wheel consisting of a wheel center that is precision-machined from a 6061-T6 aerospace forging, mated to modular 6061-T6 spun-aluminum outer barrels, and assembled with high-tech titanium fasteners. Each wheel is finished by hand and custom powder coated, prior to assembly, in virtually any possible combination of unique team-specified custom colors.
SS1R-GT
The new Forgeline SS1R-GT wheel is engineered specifically for ultra-competitive IMSA and WEC GT3 class racing, and it is our lightest, strongest, and stiffest racing wheel made to-date! The center-locking Forgeline SS1R-GT wheel is a one piece forged monoblock construction in which the entire wheel is precision-machined from a single forging of a proprietary grade of 6061-T6 aerospace aluminum. It features a split 6-spoke design, I-beamed spokes, tapered outer edge, and innovative aerodynamic characteristic to maximize high-speed performance. It is an ideal choice for the Porsche 911 and other center-locking GT3 race car applications. The Forgeline SS1R is available in 18-inch diameter in a range of widths & custom offsets and can be finished with a wide offering of fully-customizable powder coat color options.
SS1R

VX1R Beadlock
The VX1R Beadlock wheel is very similar to our track-proven VX1R road racing wheel with one big exception: It has been re-engineered to include a special bolt-on outboard beadlock ring that, like the wheel itself, is also precision-machined from forged 6061-T6 aluminum. This forged aluminum ring holds the tire securely in place, to limit unwanted tire slip against the wheel, and to keep the tire from unseating, at very high speeds. The forged beadlock ring is secured to the wheel with a series of 21 standard lightweight titanium bolts. Forgeline’s new One Piece Forged Monoblock VX1R Beadlock wheel is available to order immediately in 15, 17, 18, and 19-inch diameters in a range of widths and custom offsets & fitments. Upon request, it can be engineered to work with shank-style lug nuts. And just like any Forgeline wheel, the VX1R Beadlock is available with fully customizable finish options. MO3C
Designed in collaboration with the engineering team from Ford and inspired by the 2021 Ford Mach 1 Mustang, the Forgeline MO3C is a custom made-to-order three piece forged wheel featuring a unique inverted tapered five-spoke design and creative machining details. It made its famous debut on country music star Keith Urban’s 1969 Ford Mustang, at the 2021 SEMA Show. The MO3C is built with true forged 6061-T6 aluminum centers, aircraft-quality ARP stainless steel hidden fasteners, and heat-treated rim sections. The MO3C is available with a flat-lip reverse outer in 18, 19, 20, and 22-inch fitments and features a standard powder coated center finish with a polished outer rim. But since each wheel is custom built-to-order, Forgeline also offers special features like custom offsets and a large choice of finish combinations.
TR11
The Forgeline TR11 is the wheel that takes truck & SUV owners beyond the beaten path! Designed specifically for 6-lug truck and SUV applications, the Forgeline TR11 is a unique beefy design that combines rugged machining details to deliver real off-road capability. And it is engineered exclusively for popular 6-lug fitments. Like nothing we’ve designed before, the Forgeline TR11 features a muscular concave split six-spoke design with strong precision-machined spokes and a reinforcing ring, located just inside the extra-thick outer edge. And it includes a recessed valve stem pocket to protect the valve stem, during your off-road adventures. The Forgeline TR11 is a fully-forged one-piece monoblock wheel that utilizes manufacturing technology similar to our legendary GS1R racing wheels. Beyond just aggressive style, the one-piece monoblock forging and computer-simulated FEA design process yield a wheel that is relatively lightweight, stiff, and exceptionally strong. The TR11 is perfect for 6-lug truck applications including the 2021+ Ford Bronco, Ford Raptor, Toyota 4Runner, and other off-road 6-lug adventure vehicles. The TR11 is machined from a single forging of 6061-T6 aluminum. It is currently available in 17, 18, 19, 20, and 22-inch diameters with a range of widths and offsets.
