Perhaps the most advanced wheel that we have ever made, the fully-forged one-piece monoblock GA1R delivers a trifecta of greatness - strength, stiffness, and lightweight performance - thanks to 6061-T6 monoblock forgings, I-beamed spokes, and Forgeline engineering. Now for serious drivers who are looking for the ultimate in lightweight performance, the deal just got even sweeter with the new GA1R Open Lug Cap Edition.
Similar to our race-proven GA1R Open Lug wheel, the GA1R Open Lug Cap Edition has significant material machined from the center area for additional weight reduction, improved access to the lugs, and an exaggerated extra-aggressive concave look. But unlike the Competition Series GA1R Open Lug racing wheel (which will NOT accept a center cap), this "Cap Edition" has a redesigned hub center and includes a unique specially-engineered tall center cap (with “Motorsport” engraving) to cover the hub spindle and protect it from the elements.
The GA1R Open Lug Cap Edition is engineered for racing with a 2100 lb. street-tire load rating (per wheel) to ensure strength and integrity, even when subjected to the massive loads encountered on the stickiest race tires.
The GA1R Open Lug Cap Edition is produced using our traditional forging method from 6061-T6 aluminum. It is currently available in 18, 19, 20, and 21-inch sizes with a range of widths and offsets. (Please Note: Depending on size, the GA1R Open Lug may be available in deep, medium, or shallow concave profiles.) And just like any Forgeline wheel, the GA1R Open Lug Cap Edition is available with fully customizable finish options. However, custom logos or blank caps are not available.

VEHICLE TAILORED FITMENTS
Custom made-to-order means that we engineer and build every set of forged wheels one-at-a-time from scratch for each individual customer and each unique vehicle application. This consists of not only building the style of wheel and finish color that you want, but also delivering custom sizes and fitments to best match your vehicle and your intended application. Within the limits determined by the wheel style and the forging from which it is made, in most cases, we can create a custom size, lug pattern, and backspace/offset to create the perfect fitment for almost any application!
CUSTOM FINISHING
Every Forgeline forged wheel is individually custom finished in-house at our Dayton, Ohio manufacturing facility. This resource-intensive process starts with a painstaking hand-grinding, sanding, & inspection process and concludes with a high-quality hand-applied powder coat that is more consistent & more durable than what would otherwise be possible with a mass-produced alternative. Virtually any color is available, including a large selection of in-stock color options. Three piece wheels can even be finished with different custom color combinations on the center, inner rim, & outer rim!
