After a record-setting summer of orders that saw production and delivery lead times push out to 12 weeks or more, Forgeline has made a series of ongoing investments and process adaptations that have significantly reduced order lead times.

As of September 2022, we’ve just completed installation of a new chemical stripping line (to dramatically increase the speed and efficiency of powder coat reworks), all CNC machines are running at full capacity, and we are operating with the largest staffing levels ever in our 28 year history.

As a result of these improvements, one piece monoblock production is operating with a minimal queue, and most monoblock orders are making it through the process in just 4 to 6 weeks (depending on finish). Three-piece production is comparably improved as well, with most orders are making it through the process in just 6 to 8 weeks (depending on finish).
