If you thought that we were going to say "see you in Vegas", then you may be in for a bit of a surprise. Because instead of our usual November trip to the SEMA Show, we're doing something a bit more adventurous, as we've already shipped our entire trade show display to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia for the 2019 Global Auto Salon!
Produced by Bonnier Events, the 2019 Global Auto Salon is part of the Riyadh Car Show and takes place from November 21-26 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This giant automotive trade show will attract over 250,000 attendees to see 250+ exhibitors and 450 feature vehicles from every corner of automotive and motorsport culture, including hot rods, supercars, race cars, off-road trucks, sport compacts, and more. Many of these vehicles will even be offered for sale through both live and silent auctions. Our beloved 1970 FN Camaro will be among the many vehicles, as attendees will find it on display in the Optima Batteries booth, and it has already embarked upon its long journey across the water.
We're both a bit nervous and excited about making such a big trip and experiencing a new culture. But we feel that the Global Auto Salon represents the next logical step to bring Forgeline to an even larger international audience. So while we'll certainly miss Las Vegas, this year, we can't wait to see Saudi Arabia!
