Winner winner schnitzel dinner? Congrats to Scuderia Cameron Glickenhaus for winning the SPX class, in this past weekends VLN01 2019 at Nurburgring, with their incredible SCG003C on Forgeline one piece forged monoblock GTD1 wheels! After a three hour race delay due to fog, the #51 SCG003C suffered a first lap spin that knocked them back to the 30th position (out of 157 starters). But with perseverance and tenacity (and an incredibly well-engineered racecar at their fingertips), drivers Felipe Fernandez-Laser, Thomas Mutsch, and Frank Mailleux fought their way back to the front and finished the shortened three hour race 1st in class and 14th overall, only a half-lap behind the winner!
