15-inch Forged Monoblock Beadlocks
After launching our incredibly-successful Drag Racing Series of forged monoblock beadlock and skinny wheels, at the 2019 PRI Show, many serious straight line racers asked for a 15-inch version of our beadlock. That request has now become a reality with our new 15×10 GS1R Beadlock and CF1R Beadlock forged monoblock single beadlock wheels. Unlike most traditional drag racing wheels, Forgelines forged monoblock single beadlock GS1R Beadlock and CF1R Beadlock wheels are carved entirely in one piece from a single forging of 6061-T6 aluminum using an advanced precision machining process and have been engineered to include a special bolt-on outboard beadlock ring that, like the wheel itself, is also precision-machined from forged 6061-T6 aluminum. This forged aluminum ring holds the tire securely in place, to limit unwanted tire slip against the wheel, and to keep the tire from unseating, at very high speeds. Designed in collaboration with Roadster Shop, the Forgeline RS5 offers a retro 5-spoke design reminiscent of the iconic 1960s mag wheel and even includes the period-matching machined bolt-on flat cap center cap to complete the authentic vintage vibe. The RS5 is a custom, made-to-order, three-piece wheel produced from forged 6061-T6 aluminum centers with heat-treated rim-shells and American-made stainless-steel ARP fasteners. Just like any Forgeline wheel, the RS5 is fully customizable in fitment and finish. If you like the look of our Motorsport Series VX1R but need a wheel that can accommodate a wider range of fitment options and fit around those difficult tight brake clearances, then the VX1S was engineered for you! The VX1S is a one piece forged monoblock wheel that has visual design characteristics similar to the VX1R, but it utilizes a thinner spoke width that allows us to engineer fitments for a wider range of street applications, including the new C8 Corvette! The VX1S features a sharp Y-spoke design (with long spokes that wrap around the lug holes), striking sharp angles, deep concave profile, and I-beamed spokes. It is currently available in 18, 19, 20, 21, and 22-inch diameters with a range of widths and offsets and can be made to accommodate most 5-lug and centerlock applications with fully customizable finish options.
