FASTENERS:

With Forgeline, you have your choice of fasteners.  Whether your application is pure competition or aesthetics the choice is yours. 

Premiere fasteners stainless steel are made from stainless steel hardened to Grade 8 specifications. They feature a wider Torx head for easy cleaning and give the wheel a very luxurious look. They come standard in Premiere Series wheels.

12-Point fasteners stainless steel are made with a stainless steel, hardened to Grade 8 specifications and are then chrome-plated.  All Competition wheels come standard with 12 point fasteners.

Premiere fasteners chrome are made from chrome moly alloy steel hardened to Grade 8 specifications. The are chrome plated and then baked for 4 hours at 375 degrees to drive out any chance of hydrogen embrittlement.  They feature a wider Torx head for easy cleaning and give the wheel a very luxurious look. They are optional in Premiere Series wheels.

Titanium fasteners are made from aircraft grade titanium for strength and light weight. They save a full pound per wheel in the most critical area of the wheel. They are available in any of the wheels for a $80 additional charge per wheel.

Jet nuts are a Military–Spec Aerospace lightweight nuts made from alloy-steel hardened to 160,000 psi strength specs and then cadmium plated and moly coated. Combined with the titanium fasteners can save weight at the most critical area of the wheel, reducing weight by up to 2 pounds per wheel.

For an additional fee, you can opt for aircraft spec Jet Nuts to further reduce weight.

Premiere Series wheels are equipped with Premiere fasteners and standard nuts.

SX3-R, WC3, SX3, and RS3 are equipped with the standard fasteners and nuts.
