Dayton OH, May 1, 2009 – With race season just under way, FORGELINE partnered team Stevenson Motorsports took home first place in its second consecutive win at Virginia International Raceway . Robin Liddel; piloting the #57 Pontiac GXP-R held off Paul Edwards at the 12-lap mark all the way to the finish line by .107 seconds capturing the GT honors! This puts the two Pontiac’s to share the GT points lead in the series with high hopes to finish the series as the overall point leader. FORGELINE is proud to have aligned itself with such a team with relentless aspirations driven to show results to the finish line. Our wheels have proven itself time and time again on the race track to show real world racing results so it’s no surprise that both running Pontiac’s were equipped with FORGELINE wheels.
