Church Boys Racing

It is hard to imagine that this beautiful pro-touring Nova spent many years as a 9-second drag racing car, complete with giant rear tubs. But in 2012, owner Chuck Church Jr. of Church Boys Racing grew tired of driving in a straight line and converted it to a pro-touring autocross setup with a huge assortment of Church Boys Racing products, including CBR's bolt-on upper & lower control arms and bolt-in rack-and-pinion steering conversion in the front along with a set of Varishock two-inch drop coilovers. In the rear, CBR’s triangulated four-link suspension works with CBR adjustable shocks and 2-inch drop springs.

With power coming from a 416ci Mast Motorsports LS3 combined with a 9-inch Moser rear end, this thing hauls. Fortunately, Wilwood six-piston calipers and 13-inch rotors are on board to slow it back down.

Traction comes from Nitto NT01 tires (235/40R17 front & 315/35R17 rear) wrapped around Forgeline DS3 wheels (17x8 front & 17x11 rear) finished with Gunmetal centers and Polished outers.
