Jose's 1965 Pontiac GTO convertible is powered by a 6.0L LSx engine that is boosted with an intercooled Magnacharger blower. It sends power through a 4L80e transmission with a Twist Machine paddle shifter ("The Shrifter") to a Ford 9" rearend with 370:1 ratio. The suspension setup includes Global West upper and lower control arms, custom spindles up front, Global West adjustable rear control arms, and QA1 coil-over system. Wilwood front and rear disc brakes hide behind Forgeline VR3P wheels, 19x9 inch front and 20x12 inch rear rear, finished with Silver centers and Polished outers and wrapped in Pirelli P-zero tires, 255/35ZR19 front and 355/25ZR20 rear. The body features 3 1/2 minitubs with custom frame design by Prodigy Customs and two tone paint. The custom interior includes 2001 Olds Aurora seats, front and rear, stitched with the original 1965 pattern, custom carbon fiber inlays in the dash, console, & doors, and custom gauges by Classic Instruments.
